Our client is a growing real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and management of retail shopping centers. We are seeking an experienced and strategic COO to drive operational excellence and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations and implement long-term strategies.

· Lead teams in Accounting, Asset Management, Leasing, and Property Management.

· Lead cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio performance.

· Collaborate on acquisitions, asset management, and financial planning.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

· Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements.

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of executive experience in real estate, ideally in retail shopping centers.

· Strong leadership and project management skills.

· Combination of experience in Accounting and Asset Management.

· Proven track record in operations, asset management, and acquisitions.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
