Lorin possesses over 15 years of recruiting and sales experience in the private sector. He initially became interested in recruiting when his college swim team coach noticed his natural ability to motivate and influence others to join the swim team. He then tasked Lorin to use his talents to help recruit and build a winning team.
Prior to establishing GLC Associates, Inc./GLC Group, Lorin was a key member of a staffing consulting firm where he focused on business development, international recruiting and played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the entire corporation.
He prides himself on building solid, long-lasting relationships with both the client and the candidate. He takes great pleasure in working with top talent to place them in the right opportunity that fits their “work life balance”. In turn, this offers the client an excellent employee that will grow and excel at their place of employment.
Lorin’s areas of expertise are diverse and his core strengths and passions include contract negotiations, team building, compensation review, and interviewing. He has instilled in his team a consultative approach to working with the company’s clients, providing them with the guidance needed to effectively manage their staffing needs while achieving their financial and operational goals.
