As GLC Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Jorge’s primary goal is to grow GLC. His focus is on generating new business, increasing sales and directing a team of recruitment professionals to achieve optimal financial growth.
At GLC, Jorge is responsible for implementing business development strategies, prospecting new business, building/maintaining key relationships, and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
His experience is diverse, having worked across multiple industries including technology, financial services, and travel with various size businesses including Fortune 100 and 500 companies. His background as a successful leader in global and regional organizations in financial, operational, technology, and general management roles is invaluable to GLC. His leadership and people management skills cross industries and functions.
At GLC, Jorge thrives on the ability to help grow and diversify the company, leveraging his cross industry, cross functional and prior outsource experiences. His goal is to not only build the GLC enterprise, but to help develop the BPO/RPO industry.
