As Vice President of Business Development, Sandie plays an integral role in the daily operations of GLC’s Healthcare division. Her responsibilities include generating and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships as well as overseeing her team of recruiters.
Sandie grew up, literally, in the recruiting industry. In 1976, her father founded one of the nation’s premier healthcare recruitment firms, so staffing was naturally in her blood. Her goal was to follow in her father’s footsteps and provide the same level of quality and commitment to excellence that he was known for. Sandie was attracted to GLC when she found those same qualities in the leadership and core philosophies.
With over 20 years of experience in both the healthcare and recruiting industries, Sandie has the knowledge, expertise and a unique understanding of both the client and the candidate. It is this broad range of human resources and executive experience that enables her to successfully join the two together to make that perfect match.
Sandie is an extremely passionate and dedicated professional who prides herself on maintained high standards for both herself and her candidates.
