As employees, often times we look for our managers to shower us with accolades and pats on the back with no regard for the work and energy that they are required to do in the positions they are in.
Last week while I was out of the office due to an emergency health issue, my manager Sandy Daley had to pick up the slack for me without any warning or status updates. Impressively, Sandy was able to prepare my candidate for interviews for various positions with some of our high profile clients. In our industry, things change on a daily basis. After being offered a position, my candidate was having second thoughts about the opportunity and Sandy stepped right in to save the day..not to mention my commission! I am writing this letter in reference to Sandie Shafer and GLC Healthcare. I began working with Sandie Shafer in 2007. We use her services for relief pharmacists and I have followed her from her past company to where she is now, GLC Healthcare. GLC Healthcare staffs our Kroger / Tom Thumb location in Pensacola, FL.They assist us with per diem pharmacy help as well as temp to hire employees. In fact, I am I the process of converting one of her employees as we speak.
Sandi Shafer and the team at GLC Healthcare are the most knowledgeable and dedicated staffing professionals I have ever worked with. I know I can count on GLC Healthcare to provide high-quality, well- rounded pharmacists to help us with our temporary and permanent staffing needs, even if it is a last minute, urgent issue. I have been extremely pleased with the enthusiasm for the high level of service that GLC Healthcare delivers. Their employee screening process is better than any other and that is simply because they take so much pride in their work. I have a choice when it comes to recruitment companies and I have dozens of them knocking on my door everyday. At the end of the day my choice is GLC Healthcare because of their staffing team. Their honesty and integrity are rare to find in this line of work, and I am always extremely pleased with their above and beyond level of professionalism. They understand our needs and only present us with candidates that meet those needs. In closing, the most outstanding trait that GLC Healthcare possesses is their ability to look out for the best interests of their clients and employees.
