I just wanted to take the opportunity to inform you of the superb job Ms. Sandy Daley does. She has proven to be very knowledgeable of her job and her skill set in performing her responsibilities is done with ease and aplomb. Ms. Daley is always responsive, even on holidays, and never complains about what she’s asked to do. Her professionalism in dealing with my management team and the techs on site is wonderful. She’s very pleasant, even when the subject or issues at hand aren’t so pleasant. Ms. Daley continues to make sure we’re satisfied and makes adjustments when needed without disruption to our mission and the performance of the contract requirements. Our Security really scrutinize the completed forms so we have to make sure that they are done properly when we submit them or we will be going back and forth until they are satisfied.
