As GLC’s Business Development Manager, Floyd is responsible for team leadership, solution development and business development management.
Floyd is a seasoned, knowledgeable and results-oriented recruitment professional with over 11 years of experience and expertise in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial), IT services, and management. Floyd is a well respected leader and recognized expert in the industry. He is known for implementing unique and highly effective sourcing initiatives that build optimal relationships and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining GLC, Floyd worked as a Financial Advisor Recruiter for some of the industry’s leading financial services holding companies and as a Recruitment Services Manager, servicing various start-up companies. In addition to his corporate background, Floyd possesses a winning entrepreneurial spirit. He created a sole proprietorship that serviced clients across varying service and product offerings. This experience gives him the insight, drive and determination to create strong results for GLC.
