Since the company’s inception, Angel has been GLC Associates, Inc./GLC Group’s Controller. In this executive management position, Angel is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of GLC’s Finance, IT, Operations, and HR departments.
Possessing over 35 years of combined experience in the controllership function and business management and more than 12 years in a Controller position for a public company, Angel is an experienced and seasoned professional. He has the knowledge and expertise to direct the company’s budget and cost controls as well as providing the insight and leadership for GLC’s RPO and BPO partnerships.
Prior to joining GLC, Angel held key positions with several leading companies in diverse industries. Having worked for large and small organizations, both public and private, Angel’s command of the financial details and strategic big picture of growing enterprises makes him the perfect match for GLC.
With a strong and extensive background in all areas of accounting, the company’s procedures and compliance issues, Angel has the tools to provide thorough and valuable financial analysis to GLC. Not only does he remain current with regulations affecting the industry and its effects upon the company, he is at the forefront of identifying the industry’s trends and emerging direction. He has developed an acute understanding of all the factors that drive GLC’s business success as well as that of our clients.
He is extremely detail oriented, has strong communication and supervisory skills. In addition, Angel is experienced at safeguarding the company’s assets and assuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing disciplines of internal audits, controls and checks across all departments.
